Spark by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

I recently spent one night at the Spark by Hilton Beachwood. I found this value hotel clean, and rooms comfortable. Location is great and close to shopping, restaurants and freeways. The true standout however was the staff. To a person, they were friendly, helpful, and efficient. As a solo traveler I felt they looked out for my safety. Special shout out to Eula and Christi for their kind and attentive guest services.

Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and welcoming including housekeeping and the morning breakfast staff. Their hospitality was amazing. I had reservation issues through Expedia and they worked to fix it for me instead of telling me to fix it myself. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable which I never expect at a hotel. Check out super easy. Breakfast bar was just right. The staff definitely had made connections with frequent travelers and the vibe was they were there to make your travel stay pleasant. More than just doing business. I haven’t felt that in a long time in a hotel. They definitely have hospitality figured out. Pleasant stay at a pleasant price.

The front desk attendant was super sweet but the lady working the breakfast area was so rude and unwelcoming, she needs to work on her custom service skills. she really made me not want to go back to this hotel again. Some people should just really need to work on their manners or lack thereof! Everything else was good!

Great stay here. Front desk staffs are very customer service centric. Carl, Christine, LaVon are outstanding and a great asset to Hilton! It reminds me how nice folks are in the Midwest. Grab and go breakfast is a nice touch too. Hot coffee:) I enjoyed my HBE, yogurt with options of almond milk, soy milk is super nice! Thanks to all the hardworking kitchen staff putting a wonderful breakfast! Housekeeping team does a great job keeping the facility clean!

Great hotel to stay at!! Very VERY friendly front desk lady took care of my coworker and I really well. Breakfast was cute, and the beds were so comfortable and clean. Only thing missing was a guest laundry and I just wish the water got a little hotter in the shower, other than that, perfect stay. It’s also next to a lot of other things in the area.

Friendly, courteous and welcoming as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted by LaVon and although their site was down she made sure that I got everything I needed. She even gave us a treat bag for our fur babies! The enclosed space for the pets to run around was amazing and my fur babies loved the space and my puppy got his first experience of snow while running and playing. The rooms were nice and clean and quiet.

Great hotel. 13 min walk from the beach, and way shorter if you bike/skate. Great rooms, and we had a balcony facing the sunrise which was a perk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the property was very clean. Lots of parking, and overall a great stay!

What a great hotel. Amazing staff, late checkout, nice location…and most of all.. quiet ! No riff raff and can’t hear other guests coming and going. …even had wireless charging pads for my phone when I forgot my cable at home.. At this price point, it’s a no brainer !
